Pasta with a punch – delivered to your doorstep!

Did you imagine that when buying your groceries you could make a difference to someone’s life? Well now you can…
Home made pasta and freshly made sauces delivered to your doorstep is somewhat of a luxury, whether by Indian or European standards. An education is also somewhat of a luxury for many children in India, as you well know.

Now you can combine your luxury with theirs.

When you buy your pasta from DP Fresh Pasta services, a social enterprise created by a Dutch born education worker, you are helping fund the education of many slum dwelling children in the suburbs of Delhi. The proceeds of the sales – 90% of profits – are invested into providing free education and training to children and adults through the Dili Trust association (http://www.diliwebsite.com).

And if that doesn’t sound good enough, wait until you try the pasta and sumptuous sources that they also make. Freshly made tagliatelle, spagetti and lasagna with a choice of basic or wholewheat flour and yolk or eggless, not to forget the ravioli stuffed with chicken or mutton kebab or even gouda or cheddar cheese.

Plain or chunky tomato sauce or basic alfredo sauce can also be ordered to accompany the feast fit for a diva or Roman emperor!

To order, simply go to the company website: www.dpfreshpastaservices.in, send an email to info@dpfreshpastaservices or call on 96 50 10 59 89.

And spread the word… Pasta has never tasted so sweet!

We have local and expat volunteers helping us help the children – it’s a great way to give back to the community while in Delhi.

We need tutors to teach at all levels from Kindergarten/Nursery to Class 12 and you will always be with a small group of students (2 to 4). No previous teaching experience is requried; more important is your enthusiasm, commitment and reliability, as well as your passion and desire to share learning.

Activities Do you enjoy doing crafts, sports or music? We are always looking for people who can help out once or twice a week to ensure children have opportunities to have a well rounded lifestyle. Perhaps you would like to help us take the children to the park, swimming, to the museum or to see a movie. There are many activities that we need help with and it’s a fun way to spend time with the chilren.
